Product sourcing from Chinese suppliers based on customer-provided images or links, including 1688 marketplace procurement.
2.2 Dropshipping Services
Automated order fulfillment and direct shipping to end customers based on customer orders.
2.3 Inspection Services
Quality inspection services with two options based on customer requirements and order quantities.
2.4 Branding Services
Product and packaging customization for orders below factory minimum order quantities, including personalized solutions.
2.5 Warehousing Services
Free storage for 3-6 months for products and packaging materials, with paid options thereafter at domestic and overseas locations.
2.6 Business Accompaniment
Local support services in Chinese cities including airport/station pickup, itinerary planning, factory visits, and translation services at $100/day ($30 for pickup).
3. Account Registration and Use
3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Authorized Use: You may only use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

5.2 Established Seller Credit: Sellers with daily sales over $2,000 qualify for credit equal to 3-5% of their historical payment total, repayable within one month.
5.3 Credit Application: Credit approval is subject to our internal assessment and may require additional documentation.
5.4 Repayment Terms: All credit must be repaid according to the specified timeline. Failure to repay may result in account suspension and collection activities.
5.5 Credit Limits: Credit limits are determined based on payment history, account standing, and business performance metrics.
6. Quality Assurance and Inspection
6.1 Inspection Services: We provide quality inspection services based on customer requirements and order specifications.
6.2 Quality Standards: Our quality control processes follow industry standards, but we cannot guarantee that all products will meet every customer's specific requirements.
6.3 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for clearly communicating quality requirements and specifications before order processing.
6.4 Quality Disputes: Quality-related disputes must be reported within the specified timeframe for investigation and resolution.
7. Insurance and Claims
Insurance Coverage
We provide insurance coverage for different product types, offering quick resolution (within three days) for claims related to packaging damage, product defects, or non-delivery.
7.1 Coverage Types: Insurance covers packaging damage, product defects, and non-delivery situations as specified in our insurance policy.
7.2 Claims Process: Claims must be submitted within the specified timeframe with appropriate documentation and evidence.
7.3 Resolution Timeline: We commit to processing valid claims within three business days, providing either full compensation or product replacement.

9.3 Platform Rights: All rights to our platform, technology, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of PT5 Dropshipping.
9.4 Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify PT5 Dropshipping against any intellectual property claims related to their orders or business activities.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Customer: Customers may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice and settling all outstanding obligations.
10.2 Termination by PT5: We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other breach of agreement.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all pending orders will be completed according to existing agreements, and outstanding balances must be settled.
10.4 Data Retention: We will retain customer data according to our privacy policy and applicable legal requirements.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
